We had to put it off a week because of The CRAZY cold weather and Texas Parks & Wildlife closing the park!
With that being said we had a nice turn out of 27 anglers being greeted by overcast clouds and the threat of rain all day.
Colton Harvick Smashed them with a very nice bag for Martin Creek at 21.50 lbs. for First place. I saw what he was doing but I promised him I would not tell everyone he was Caroline rigging a ridge off shore on the cold water side.
Welcome back Michael Allen with Second Place bag of 16.56 lbs. he also had Second Place Big Bass 6.34 lbs
Third place went to Mister Chadder Bait Jeff Lugar in his new Phoenix boat with 15.85 lbs. and first place big bass 6.53 lbs.
Fourth was Coy Fraizer long lining with 15.64 lbs. Less than a pound separated 2nd thru 4th.
Fifth went to Jon Harshbarger at 14.91 lbs. Junk fishing all over the lake.
Sixth went to our Tournament Director Randy Kvipal with 14.70 lbs throwing an Alabama Rig. We want to THANK! Randy for weighing our fish and keeping me in line.
Next Tournament is on Lake Tyler at the concession road ramp 3/21. Let me know you’re going to fish by Friday night.

For those teams interested in an easy and economical way to the Bassmaster Classic, get on board with TBTT. For a $150 entry fee fish with a friend, compete for bragging rights and qualify for the TBTT Championship in October. For more details, rules and online registration visit the TBTT page.
The first qualifier for 2021 is scheduled for March 20th at Jackson Hill Park.
Texas B.A.S.S. Nation is pleased to offer its membership another path to qualify for the Bassmaster Classic. Your team must qualify to compete in the Texas Bassmaster Team Trail (TBTT) Championship. To qualify for the TBTT Championship your team must participate in at least two (2) qualifier events to receive automatic qualification to the TBTT Championship. To qualify for Team of the Year a team must participate in all three (3) qualifier events and the TBTT championship. The TBTT Championship is a two day event where the highest finishing team or team(s) will earn a berth to the National Bassmaster Team Championship. The National Bassmaster Team Championship is an entry fee based, national, two day event where the top three teams advance to the Bassmaster Team Classic event, which will be held the same week, following the Bassmaster Team Championship. Six boats will be provided at the Bassmaster Team Classic event, whereby each competitor will then compete individually to win a birth to the Bassmaster Classic.
