2025 South Region Team of The Year
This tournament trail is open to all Teams in Texas. You do not have to be a member of a Texas BASS Nation bass club but you must have a B.A.S.S. organization membership ($17). This membership gets you a BASS Member ID number. Once you have a Member ID number, pay the tournament entry fee and fish. Fish for points to qualify and advance to the next level, fish for cash and/or fish for competitive fun. If your goal is to make it to the Bassmaster Classic, this Team Trail is one of the quickest ways to get there.
There are two levels of membership in the Team Division for each Team member. Team Division State Dues ($30) and Bassmaster National Dues ($10). If you are a member of a bass club you do not need to pay the Team Division State membership fee again but you must pay the $10 Bassmaster National membership dues. If you are not a TBN bass club member you must pay both Texas BASS Nation Team Division (State) dues and Bassmaster (National) dues by completing the form below. This is a one-time membership fee for the current season.
For a Team member that is a member of a TBN Bass Club:
Team Division Membership Dues = $0 | Bassmster Membership Dues = $10 | Total = $10
For a Team member that is not a member of a TBN bass club:
Team Division Membership Fee = $30 | Bassmaster Membership Dues = $10 | Total = $40
Team membership dues can only be paid by credit card.
No matter what trail you compete in, your Team must physically participate in at least three (3) tournaments during the season to qualify for the Texas BASS Nation Team State Championship.
The TBOTT State Championship is a two day event where the highest finishing team or team(s) will earn a berth to the National Bassmaster Team Championship. The National Bassmaster Team Championship is an entry fee based, national, two day event where the top three teams advance to the Bassmaster Team Classic event, which will be held the same week, following the Bassmaster Team Championship. Six boats will be provided at the Bassmaster Team Classic event, whereby each competitor will then compete individually to win a birth to the Bassmaster Classic.

For a Team member that is a member of a TBN Bass Club:
Team Division Membership Dues = $0 | Bassmster Membership Dues = $10 | Total = $10
For a Team member that is not a member of a TBN bass club:
Team Division Membership Fee = $30 | Bassmaster Membership Dues = $10 | Total = $40
Team membership dues are a one time fee and can only be paid by credit card.
