2024 Membership Renewal

Membership renewal for Texas BASS Nation opened September 1, 2023. The window for renewing individual B.A.S.S. membership, Club Division membership, Youth Division membership, College Division membership and Kayak Division membership will remain open through December 31, 2023. Team Division membership will be simplified for 2024. Details and guidance for renewing all types of membership can be found on the TBN Membership page.

Texas BASS Nation now has a true online membership database!! What does that mean? It means that bass club officers will not have to re-enter member information every year from this point forward!! In fact, historical membership data has been imported into the new database. All you need to do this year is verify the information is accurate, update the information if needed and pay for one or more members with a credit card. This is a huge step forward in streamlining the membership renewal process in Texas.

Rosenquist & Harcrow Earn TOY – Romans & Rush Win Final North Central Team Qualifier

The team of Trevor Romans and David Rush took first place with a monster sack of 19.79 pounds of Ray Roberts bass. They were cranking and flipping trees all day.

The team of David Rosenquist and Jim Harcrow finished second with 16.01 pounds and won the shootout for Team of The Year, just edging out the second place team. They fished main lake points with C rigs Ring Fry all day long, a grueling task with the high winds and big waves but they got it done. Along with the title of Team of The Year they get free entry into the Texas Bassmaster Open Team Trail State Championship hosted by Gun Barrel City, TX in September on Cedar Creek Reservoir. TWO Teams will advance to the Bassmaster Team Championship and possibly to the 2024 Bassmaster Classic. Congratulations David & Jim!!

3rd place went to James Seymore and Tony McBride with 14.27 anchored by the big bass of the tournament a 5.60 pounder.

Bode & Goetzman Earn SE Region Team of The Year

Southeast Region Team Standings

It’s official! Colin Bode and Mark Goetzman with The Bass Club, win Team of The Year honors in the SE Region!! Along with this accomplishment come plaques, bragging rights and free entry into the 2023 Texas Bassmaster Open Team Trail Championship in September.

It was a tight race down to the last event of 2023. With Bryant & Baxley pressing hard and bringing in the heavy sack at the Palestine tournament, Collin and Mark held their own and secured the TOY title by 2.82 points for the year.

The 2023 Texas Bassmasters Open Team Trail Championship will be September 15-16 on Cedar Creek hosted by Gun Barrel City. We look forward to seeing the qualifying Teams there and see which TWO teams will advance to the National Bassmaster Team Championship and then to the 2024 Bassmaster Classic.
