The TBN South Region Team Trail kicked off the 2026 season at LBJ Saturday 18 January. Ten teams took to the water under prefront 45 degree partly cloudy skies. At weigh in temps held in upper 50s and winds were building15-20 gusting to 25.
Team Ron Dupree and Michael Devine were the class of the field, coming in with a five fish limit of 17.03lbs, Ron’s 5.81 lb kicker was the tournament’s big bass.
Close second was team Michael and Grant Gale whos full creel weighed in at 16.47 lbs.
Third place went to team Craig Musselman and Jason Funderburk with a 10.67 lb limit.
The next stop on the S. Region Individual trail will be 21 February at Coleto Creek.
