—Qualification Clarification—

There may be some confusion about who can fish a State hosted National Championship Qualifying tournament. The following guidelines were provided by BASS Nation.

College Teams from all states are welcome to fish the Texas BASS Nation hosted event on the Sabine River.
No College Team that has “fished” (not qualified…fished) any other State hosted qualifying tournament cannot fish another State hosted qualifying tournament in the same qualifying year. For example, if Louisiana has hosted a National Championship Qualifying tournament in 2021 and your team fished in that event, you cannot fish in another State hosted qualifying event in any other state.
Teams cannot double qualify. If your team has qualified for the National Championship through a BASS Nation Series event or a State hosted event, you cannot qualify again. You are welcome to fish the Texas BASS Nation hosted event on the Sabine River for prize money.
